The initial joy of the beautiful and quiet machine was soon replaced by disillusionment. Unfortunately, this condition tends to worsen and ends after a while with the square edges "rubbing" on the circle and the complete non-functionality of this joint. I judge this based on my own experience as a practicing machinist. And what was next? A complaint followed, the machine was taken away by Alsa for repair and we waited for weeks for the repaired machine. It was endless, but I didn't hurry in the belief that at least the machine would be better than new. She came. The machine returned on a huge pallet to the first door. My wife couldn't stop looking. Otherwise, the new gear came back without the one round cap on the right drive "paddle", but with the stickiness of a vignette taped all over the originally beautiful fairing. In addition, after a few days of use, it squeaks and knocks again more and more. So as my friends predicted, a good clothes rack although this time it really annoys me. So again the complaint and I am curious how ALZA will deal with what the "comrades from the GDR" probably failed to do.
