After a few days of fever from some viral illness, my sleep is disrupted, I can't fall asleep, but when I do, I sleep like a log (until something wakes me up in the night and then I can't fall asleep again). I've been able to work with Lexaurin, but it's addictive, so I don't want to take it anymore. So I put on Trittico AC, but it takes weeks to work. I was hoping to make it with Trittic and this for now (i.e. without Lexaurin), but no. So I took 2 tablets of Melatonin + 75mg of Tritico. I didn't fall asleep within an hour, so I ended up taking the 1.5mg Lexaurin. The result was that on the way to the toilet at 4 a.m. I was almost on all fours and I still didn't fall asleep. btw: It's probably better to consult a doctor first.
