After a few uses (I was only using vincent) it stopped working. I put in a claim and again the same thing, so I'm claiming again. Batteries pretty soon run out of cable for this one don't give 🙁
After a few uses, the device stopped producing steam and fulfilling its main purpose. After replacing the device as part of a claim, the same problem occurred very soon. Claimed again, this time very quickly dealt with and refunded. We have already chosen another brand.

The device was purchased to inhale colloidal silver, unfortunately it does not work with this and shuts down, it is probably not designed to inhale metallic aqueous suspensions, however nowhere does it say this. Interestingly, other manufacturers' portable devices of similar design allowed inhalation of colloidal silver.
It is not clear from the description that it can be powered from the mains, but there is a cable holder on the inhaler (this is not included in the package)
