Everything was great, but the box got battered during delivery to the AlzaBox (it was a gift, otherwise I wouldn't have cared).

within less than a year, 2 claims, Alza settled the first claim with a replacement, the second with a refund. In both cases the same Win key defect - it stopped working.
all pluses have already been listed by other customers
Alza took a stand on both complaints in favour of the customer

For that price, you can hardly ask for anything more. The keyboard isn't without flaws, but what I would change are more minor things and matters of taste. For a mass-produced keyboard, the great selection of pre-lubed switches (Gateron G Pro 2.0 Yellow), the addition of dampening foam and the excellent workmanship make the feel and sound of typing equal to many times more expensive hand-built keyboards. In addition, the Odyssey has a hotswap, so it is possible to modify the keyboard by replacing the switches and gradually drop an otherwise very expensive hobby for a great price.
Beautiful sound of the keys and great workmanship for the price (lube and selection of switches and stabilizers, damping foam, materials used)
2.4GHz, Bluetooth, USB-C connectivity
Hotswap (i.e. super first keyboard for a cheap entry to the hobby of building your own mechanics)
Lots of RGB effects
No support for non-Windows systems
Pretty ugly pudding keycaps with uneven translucency of the labels (but that may be a matter of taste)
Lack of programmability of the rotary button
Unable to quickly switch between connection methods - it is necessary to flip the switch at the bottom of the keyboard
