it's a nice piece of hardware. the voltage in the USB I is too low, it will not charge your headphones and certainly not your phone. When you plug into a usb-C dongle it has dropouts or rapidly reduces the quality of the transfer. probably because of the low voltage. I put the dongle directly into the PC and there is a transfer without problems. Great as a design headphone rack, but that's it. get something more suitable for charging
