The light is as I expected. It has a simple function = it lights up when switched on and turns off when switched on again. Probably the description is wrongly written but I have no sensor that turns on by itself. But it suits me this way because at night when the child goes to sleep I turn it on and it is always on and so it suits me. I don't want any motion or other sensor anyway.
