In truth, I also have the previous model 5 and I am extremely happy with it. Charging once every almost three weeks is great. The charging speed is also excellent. I don't feel like a slave to this watch, constantly charging it and checking how long it will last. What I missed on the older model was the ability to pay at the terminals as a credit card. This model solved it and so I went for it. The MIFitness app is fine to use. I also have a Garmin Fenix 5, but I don't really want to wear such an "alarm clock" on my arm. The Garmin app is a tragedy in terms of clarity and I'm not going to pay for additional features in the app. Garmin has gone down the wrong path in my opinion and the prices alone for their equipment are too high for what they offer. The Watch 6 NFC is I would say the basic model, but for the common man and occasional runner, it's plenty sufficient. And if you are wondering why a guy buys a watch with a white strap, I was mainly concerned with the silver color of the watch itself, the strap was immediately replaced with a dark one.
