Sits comfortably in the ears
Right from the start, we had trouble connecting the headset to the phone in any way. I purposely ordered these headphones because I have a Xiaomi phone
Every time I listen to a song and then I want to, for example. switch to Youtube so the sound was incredibly choppy and the only solution was to turn the headphones off and on
As for the sound, I wasn't happy from the start so I researched the headphone app to find the sound settings. Every time I tried to open it, it said it didn't support that feature.
I also have a problem with connecting to the phone, before I had headphones for 500 and they connected within 10 seconds with these I have to wait about 2 min. before she joins
I was going to claim the product but I'd rather buy some other ones.

with noise cancellation, music can be listened to acceptably even in the subway without noise cancellation my ears hurt

Very happy with the headphones, I tried X models before finally finding one that doesn't fall out of my ears. The touch control on the side of the headphones is very sensitive, when standing up I unintentionally touch it with my shoulder from time to time and turn off the sound. It only happens once in a while, and otherwise I like the touch control enough and it suits me, so we're happy with it.

in my phone I always have a nice overview of the battery status of each hearing aid and the time
I've only had them for a few days and today I was exercising with them. I don't know if it's a habit, but you can choose the actions when you touch the earpiece 2 or 3 times and then when it's muted. When you try to touch the earpiece e.g. to switch the song or increase the volume, sometimes nothing happens at all (it's hard enough to hit exactly the area that is touching and sometimes the pressure of the touch is decisive) and sometimes when I try to triple press it obviously registers only as double. It bothers me a lot, for example, when I need to pause a song because I need to feel what's going on around me and I have to do it 10 times. I am deciding whether to return them because of this, because it is the only fault I found.
