I still can't hear the "crazy noisy fans" I guess I know why someone here had a problem. the card has a backplate (such a little luxux, the poorer almost do not know) and the backplate. it has a sticker on it, that's why it's throttling/overheating and probably why it's humming like a pile driver

I will be returning the product after a few hours of testing, as it is poorly made and definitely does not have the claimed performance in the description as "a very powerful graphics card that can handle new game titles".
It has a lower price compared to similar cards.
Noisy fans at almost any light load.
Under heavier loads, they make sounds like an old washing machine when wringing, as someone here has aptly stated before.
Low performance - in World of warcraft, it averages 42 FPS at 1920x1080 resolution and rates its own "performance" as "Marginal".

Extremely overheats, doesn't hold a stable fps, even older graphics from 2013 do better, albeit max. Fps lower, but stability much better.
You can get much better graphics for that price.
Everyone recommends different software to control the fan, amd has enough that should keep it up, but even at max rpm the temperatures don't drop below 75°C, only a 30% voltage reduction lowered the temperature to 70°C, I loaded it with Fortnite, which isn't a particularly demanding game when my older 2 core processor with gpu hd 6570 2gb will run it.
Very noisy fans, everything above 65% speed is already quite audible, at 100% it's like an older washing machine.
I definitely don't recommend it.
