They work great with the Xbox, but since our main use was in the workplace and for video conferencing, the functionality with a Windows PC is absolutely disastrous. The wireless connection via the official adapter from MS is unstable, after much investigation we found out that it is due to the surround sound. Unfortunately neither DTS Headphone X nor Atmos for Headphones works. Wired connection via USB-C disconnects randomly after 10-30 minutes and doesn't work at all until PC restart. Of course all the standard procedures like resetting the headphones, updating firmware and drivers didn't help at all. Since you don't need surround sound for calls anyway you can use them after turning off those features, but overall as a product I would avoid them with a big arc. Especially if you want to use them for gaming, which is probably what most customers want.
