Excellent for orthodontic braces, although Oral-B Super Floss is slightly better. The stiff ends of this floss are sturdier than those of Oral-B Super Floss, but the soft part often breaks and gets stuck in my braces—which is annoying, especially when you have a lot of wires and brackets. Tip: Cut off about 3 cm, including the hard end, attach it to another floss of your choice, and enjoy the benefits of the sturdy end that Oral-B Super Floss lacks :D
