We tried it out at a birthday party. A nice bit of fun. The only tedious bit is constantly picking them up and setting them up again. We all agreed that some kind of template or board for setting up the blocks would be a good idea… Otherwise, it's okay.

I wasn't sure about the distance, how far to place them from each other, it wasn't clear from the instructions, but I guess it can be played in different ways depending on what the players agree on.
The pins were falling over even on our short lawn and wouldn't stay straight - maybe some kind of setting template would be a good idea.
