I have had this pan in the larger size for about 2 years now and it is still exactly the same. It didn't get twisted like other pans.
It was recommended to me on a cooking class, with the caveat that the pan doesn't mind cooling quickly and being reused. That's how I treated it and that's why I'm buying another one in a different size.
For me it is a TOP pan. Can be put in the oven.
The handle is cool when used on induction, no need for a potholder.
I like it so much I don't put it in the dishwasher. That's the only thing I can't evaluate.

I had the same finish for a few years, unfortunately it started to peel, however if every pan lasted that long, the manufacturers would go out of business.: )
