I switched to this watch from the Apple Eatch 7 because of the battery life and the change. Unfortunately, after 2-3 months of use, I'm going back to Apple Watch. The watch measures inaccurately, the activities in the withings app often had almost no information even about the distance traveled. The information in the application menu and in the details does not match. Sync with Apple Health is limited - only calories burned. I have scabs on my hands from running. Self-measurement doesn't work as it should - the watch made up a cycling or swimming that I didn't do at all, GPS only with the phone 😀 The alarm has to be set in the app. Simply in terms of hardware nice piece for undemanding individuals, but who is accustomed to the simplicity and mainly functionality of the Apple ecosystem so you will be nestastasty.

If you want to wear a cell phone display extension on your wrist, don't buy one. If you are an avid sportsman and enjoy statistics, don't buy them. If you're impressed that it looks like a regular analog watch while not missing out on tracking health metrics, this is the one for you.
Long battery life. A month won't do it, but 20 days certainly will.
Sophisticated Withings ecosystem and app
Synchronisation with Apple Health in both directions, so that when e.g. you play sports with your Apple Watch during the day and take this watch to the theatre at night, everything you've collected during the day will be
Relatively accurate measurement of health metrics, including SPO2 or ECG. In addition, they have a sensor for temperature monitoring.
They don't bother you unnecessarily, you can set what the watch should alert you to, even on your iPhone. Maybe just calls and texts.
They look nice and wear great

The more advanced features of the app are for a monthly fee, but you honestly don't need them, they're more like health advisors, personalized workouts, etc.
The display is rather complementary, but that's a feature, not a bug. If you miss a notification, you won't be able to access it on your watch. It's on the phone, of course.
Measuring sports activities is an emergency, but it can be used. Of course, it's not an Apple Watch, and certainly not a Garmin. Again, this is a feature and a method of use, not a bug.
Cannot connect a chest strap, pay with them, or control the headphones. Well, it doesn't even go with a social watch: -)
The only real negative is that there is no way to turn them off. It's probably not a major problem, but it's strange.

This watch is for someone who wants a classic looking watch with hidden sports and health features. The watch is pleasant to wear and looks nice. ECG is a bonus. It is not suitable for someone who wants to see emails, notifications, calendar, control music, etc. on the watch. They're not designed for that, the base works somehow, but the display is too small. I finally returned the watch after much thought and bought a Garmin. But I might buy them in the future, because they are more elegant and more suitable for social purposes.
