The paste is affordable compared to others. The whitening effect is minor, miracles do not happen, but it is a little noticeable. I eat a lot of foods that cause tooth discoloration (I like spicy foods and then green tea). It helps a little, but it doesn't remove the big stains, and it doesn't make the teeth bright white either. Overall, the grade is average.
It could bleach better and faster - the result after about a month is only minor.
