The washing machine washes brilliantly and is very quiet. Black with metal details, it looks amazing. It has a steam programme and the laundry comes out beautifully fluffy. Great buy

We had a 15-year-old washing machine before, so the difference is huge 😃 Very satisfied so far 👌
large selection of functions
low consumption
quiet
nice colour
automatic dosing option
control via phone
short water and waste hoses – so we had to arrange the connection ourselves in the end anyway (we had purchased the service including installation), we waited another two days for a plumber to arrive

I am very pleased with the washing machine, I love how it looks and it fits nicely in the bathroom. I was also surprised by how fluffy and uncreased the laundry comes out of the washing machine on a standard wash cycle, and how much laundry fits in, even though this is one of the narrower models. I have never used a remote-controlled washing machine before, so it's a nice new feature, and I also enjoy the auto-dosing of detergent and fabric softener. The only thing that could be improved is the calculation of the washing time itself; the app usually shows a shorter time at the start of the wash than it actually takes to finish. Otherwise, I am happy with the washing machine – I was looking for a smart washing machine and I found one. The washing machine washes beautifully, is really very quiet, and has a very nice, modern design. I am very happy with it. For the price, the value for money is really great.

The washing machine washes well and is quiet.
This review was provided as part of a Whirlpool cashback promotion.
Appearance
Automatic gel and fabric softener dispensing
Quiet operation even when centrifuging
The programmes keep extending themselves
The buttons sometimes don't respond to touch, making selection difficult.
You can't set your own programme in the app, you can only modify existing ones.
The washing machine cannot be set to 50°C, and the spin speed cannot be reduced below 600.
The bottom cap and cover B were missing from the package. Reported to Alza on the day of purchase, no response so far.
The sense wash programme has so far always used the same intensive cycle, regardless of whether the laundry in the machine was very or only slightly dirty.

The washing machine has enough programs and most of them are not very long, as sometimes happens with some washing machines. However, it often happens to me that the program extends itself by 15-30 minutes during the soaking process. I really appreciate the automatic dosing of preparations, which can also be switched off in the case of powder use. From the app, you can turn the washing machine on remotely and then rate some programs, which change based on feedback - so far, this has worked for me to shorten the program. Otherwise I am satisfied overall, it washes great and looks very nice, so hopefully it will last a long time.

I hope it lasts a long time
looks good
I really like the custom dosing of detergents
size - how much laundry can fit
overall satisfactory
their app is tragic, it only works if I come to the washing machine right away, otherwise it falls asleep and cannot be controlled remotely
I'm not a fan of the touch buttons to start it up, sometimes I press it for a really long time to get it to let go
