Definitely don't buy the oven. I purchased two pieces within six months and both were defective. Same glitch. I waited two months for the control unit to be repaired. Complaint result: the oven cannot be repaired. Alza returned the money without any problems.

For this money I was expecting a reliable oven, or at least a lightning fast service - unfortunately neither. The oven stopped baking for the second time (always error E6F6), the first time a technician came after about a week, replaced almost all the electronics and the oven worked for about 5 months. Now the fault has been reported to whirlpool and alza and they don't have spare parts in stock anywhere, so we have been waiting for about 14 days for a technician to get back to us.
Alza won't replace the product, so we have a non-functioning oven in December, which is great before Christmas.
