the supplied filler for sliding windows is completely unnecessary in my case, I had to remove the glass from the window and cut a hole for the hose to prevent the hot air from coming back

A smaller room of about 14 m2 cooled from 31 degrees to 26 in about an hour
filling for sliding windows is probably unnecessary in the Czech Republic. I don't know anyone with sliding windows.

Within 10 minutes the room is noticeably better.
It is able to partially reduce the temperature in the adjacent room provided all other rooms are closed.
During the day the noise is quite acceptable, but it is worse at night. Those who need peace and quiet to sleep will have to sweat
Noise, but I have nothing to compare it to. But I suppose you can't buy a significantly quieter mobile air conditioner.
Hose what will be thirty out the window, but I personally bought it to make it work. So you have to take it that noise and aesthetics have to be put aside.

if you don't want to invest in a conventional air conditioner, this is a decent solution
it's working fine. in room 29 it cools down to 26 in about an hour and within a moment the room is much more breathable
better rating (maintenance, how often will have to pour and change the filter) I can not judge. we have a short
unsightly hose out the window. like any other mobile air conditioner, it is not made for European windows - you have to buy a seal to keep the hot air from returning - but again, it is not a window decoration
higher noise, also a disadvantage of almost every mobile air conditioner. I'd compare it to the noise of a dishwasher, just to give you an idea.
