refrigerator assembly purchased, in the order I saw the basic assembly reserved, they said I didn't have it purchased so they put the refrigerator in my living room and the driver left saying I could purchase the assembly later
on the hotline the lady said that I have purchased the assembly, she doesn't know why the driver didn't install it
I waited almost a week for a reply from alza where they told me that I had not purchased the assembly
my question why I have the basic installation reserved in my order was not answered
so I wanted a retrofitting, to which I was told that it was not possible, I should contact whirpool
so bad information in the order that the basic assembly reserved
bad information from the driver that I can buy the assembly additionally
bad information on the hotline that I have bought the assembly
not answering the question why I have a basic assembly in my order if I supposedly did not have a purchased assembly
NEVER AGAIN! All misleading information.
