It is pleasant to the touch but also to use
Very gentle on the scalp: does not scratch, scratch, sting
It is made of quite durable, strong and flexible plastic

As the main + why my sister loved it is that thanks to it she can blow dry her wavy hair completely straight/ so she doesn't need to iron it anymore
