I bought in r. 2017, to this day (2024) it works fine and I haven't noticed any problems. The poor thing has fallen a few times, though not from a great height, survived a flight to the other side of the world (several times) and countless carries in a backpack with lots of crap around, though always wrapped in a fabric case sold as an accessory.
Unfortunately it apparently doesn't support ATA SMART stats, so I can't check how it's currently doing.
For completeness, I'll add that it's not 100% utilized, since I primarily use it as a data backup that I can transfer wherever I need to, so it has more of a write and read load. It has been used on various Windows/Linux machines.
=> I would buy again, would recommend for sure.

Najdolezitejsia u disk je spolahlivost, rychlost prenos dat je vam k nicomu ak o ne pridete, spolahlivost se da hodnotit az po metų pouzivania. I prefer a super slow disk, where I won't lose data, than a fast and cheap one, where I will lose it.
