Bought on special offer for 2,600. For the money, I guess there's nothing to worry about. I chose to buy this product rather than cheap projectors from Chinese marketplaces because of its official support for streaming services, the Android system in Czech, and, above all, the warranty from Alza.
I put the projector on the shelf above the bed in the bedroom. At a distance of 3 metres from the wall it is shining on. The picture is perfectly fine in the dark, even though it’s only in 720p resolution, but it’s more than enough for a quick film before bed. You’ll need a really dark room in the evening or blacked-out windows. The built-in speaker is fine as a stopgap, but connecting it to a JBL Bluetooth speaker takes the experience up a notch. The projector’s cooling system is very quiet to begin with, although now in summer, when it’s in the thirties outside and it’s really hot in this block-of-flats flat, it does get a bit noisier after a while. But I reckon it’ll make less noise in a cooler room. As far as I’m concerned, the value for money is absolutely fine. There is a small dust filter inside the device, which will probably need to be vacuumed out from time to time.
