A poorly made item. When squeezed, the pliers make contact too early at the “wire cutter” position. The problem is that at that moment, the jaws are too far apart in the lower “wire stripper” positions (e.g., in the position for a 0.75mm wire, even a wire twice as thick slips through without being “stripped”). In other words, the entire bottom half of the pliers (the reason I bought them) is completely unusable. I'm not sure if this is a faulty item or just a very poor product in general. I had similar pliers from Proteco and they were precise.
