Next to Philips Hue, it's the poor relation. It costs a third and it looks like it. It's nice that there's a control button on the cable between the strip and the power supply (I don't know how the latest Hue is). It communicates with Homekit without the need to install the Vocolinc app. That's where the benefits end. The light temperature setting is a total misery compared to Hue. Although it handles exactly the same, the result is quite different. Plus it doesn't light enough (on paper it says 250l/m compared to 1600l per 2m for Hue). So for a person to find something on a shelf in the basement, say. It's not enough to light the room and make it day/evening lighting.
