The taste is extreme, it's far from lemonade, spirulina and barley is really distinctive. Either you need to dilute it in at least 300-400ml no, it worked well for me to put in 100ml and kick it up to get it over with quickly and wash it down with plain water.

In about 35 years of strength training and taking various supplements, I haven't really encountered anything like this. I don't like to denigrate anyone's work behind the development of this supplement. Unfortunately I have not given to some previous reviews that highlight the taste of this product. I have experience with various Greens supplements and thus was prepared for a worse taste and thought the reviews were exaggerating. I properly dissolved a scoop of this product in about 300ml of cold water. Already after the first sip, I was unpleasantly surprised by a bittersweet aftertaste, which is perhaps impossible to describe in words. I slowly drank the whole glass with self-denial. This aftertaste remained in my mouth and throat for about 30 minutes, accompanied by a slight burning sensation. After a while, my stomach started to protest and I really had to work to keep the drink in. Unfortunately after this experience the whole package ends up in the trash and never again. I would like to point out that I have also tried Vilgain's Protein Supplements, which I can highly recommend.
