I don't believe it has the stated capacity.
The phone charges to 40% and it's empty.
Don't charge via mini usb, it's a tragedy, better to get usb-c right away. Mini usb only charges 0.48 A and usb c at least 1.8 A.
Otherwise, charging phones from the powerbank via mini usb is also only 0.48A. Via usb c 1.28A. And it's dropping every minute or two that one percent is gone. Tested multiple times because I didn't want to believe it .
5% on the powerbank gone, and nailed 2% on the mobile. Well and the output current 5V/3A so definitely not, maybe in sum and still hardly. So 10% of the battery is gone, and on the mobile we got to 4% .15% of the battery is gone and on the mobile we nailed a total of 7%. So it works out that 100% of the power bank can really only charge the phone by 47%.
I won't be returning, I have another one previously bought here that works perfectly, and I'll just use this one to the best of their ability, where there is no need for such power to recharge. But not as a backup to a cell phone.

Ineffective. A fully charged power bank charges my mobile phone battery (3400 mAh) once and only has about 20% left. This is a worse result than about 10 years old tested power bank with the same nominal capacity of 10000 mAh.
The supplied cable stopped working after a few charges.
