I have to say that HP nailed this one. I' ll start with the display: Full HD 144hz is great for gaming and so are the B&O speakers. The processor and graphics have amazing performance and match perfectly with 16 GB of DDR5 RAM. What could be bigger is the SSD drive, but it can be replaced thanks to easy upgradeability. Cooling is ok. What could also be better is the interface (3x USB 3.2, 1x USB-C, 1x HDMI, 1x Ethernet, 1x 3.5 mm jack). The interface is sufficient, but I had to use a usb hub. The battery is not much out of the box. However, after a bit of fiddling with the settings, it' s easy to work with, and if you' re a student looking for a laptop for both school and gaming, look no further and the Victus is your obvious choice. Overall, I recommend this laptop.

It is surprisingly powerful, it can handle games from 2020 such as Need For Speed - Heat on ultra graphic settings, without stuttering. The internal temperature was around 75 degrees after playing for two hours.
