The ethernet port on my laptop broke, so I threw this thing into the cart, thinking that the extra USB 3.0 ports would also be handy and at least I'll use the USB-C port I have. Within an hour it was home and all I had to do was plug it in. Immediately everything started working and I can surf the wire again + plug in more peripherals: ). Really clever little thing, I recommend it.
