Sent in twice in two weeks for complaint. I didn't even try the third cable anymore, I threw the cable away straight away, because I couldn't even return the product.
By the fact that there is a rigid braid, the cable is bulky and quite heavy, so in 3 years its height has deformed and stopped contact with the port in the monitor.
