Velbon EX-640

The Velbon EX-640 is especially suited for working with digital SLR cameras (Olympus PEN, Sony NEX, Nikon V1, etc.). The EX series replaces the popular CX lineup and brings a brand new square feet design for greater stability and which are lighter for easier portability. Their more secure clamps and lever head with a quick-release mechanism make independent locking in all three axes a breeze.

The EX-640 stands out for its outstanding stability, the quality of materials used, practical and fast height control, positioning and a separate three-way head locking. It is made of lightweight aluminium in combination with plastic components. The smooth and precise movement of the central rod is ensured by a handle and toothed gears. The tripod is equipped with a spirit level and radial struts between the legs that increase its overall stability.
