I had to buy a new charger (but alzi says everywhere that it supplies a US charger).
I didn't know that unpacked didn't just mean unpacked but also opened. I've repaired the side R2 button twice. Alza once again distinguished itself as a lowcost store. The device is supplied from the UK with an adapter - nowhere described. I am considering returning and ordering from the manufacturer, where it is also significantly cheaper
