To power the hdd you need a reduction, which is offered in CR only 2 eshops. Unfortunately, there is no alza among them. Completely non-standard small fdd to sata.
After power supply the camera switches on, but after 2 seconds it switches off again. Unfortunately, I have not tried it in operation because of the impossibility to connect the hdd in a normal way.
Maybe you should have written "do it yourself" on it.
