The rotoped is suitable for home fitness, but I wouldn't call it a bike trainer. The display is powered by 1 AAA battery and displays the following data at intervals of several seconds: pedalling time / distance travelled / number of revolutions of the exercise bike since the reset button / total number of revolutions since battery insertion / calories. After 30 minutes of brisk pedalling, I have "covered a distance" of 470 metres. It calculates the calories according to the pedaling time regardless of the small or large resistance of the exercise bike when the brake is applied. There is no speedometer or rev counter.
