It helped with the selection, the mobile app recommended me to choose size 11, but realistically I couldn't fit the 11 on my chosen finger. So this kit is more reliable. They are just not plastic rings as the description says, they are wooden, which in the end doesn't matter, the set lives up to expectations. Each ring has the size engraved on it, so you can't mix/match.

if I order a ring directly from ultrahuman I get the sizing kit for free, is there a charge?
