screws for attaching the plastic end caps are underneath the metal frame -> they dig into the substrate
sent for complaint -> the machine came back more damaged than it was claimed (broken plastic end cap) and from the hotline for over 2 weeks only information that they will call me during the day (but after my call to the hotline, directly from their side after 2 weeks from the delivery of the damaged claim and sending photo documentation not a single e-mail / phone call.
