I was afraid of the vertical position, but after two days I got used to it. I miss the sides on the wheel. I was used to it from another higher category mouse (Logitech G502 Lightspeed). The “rear“ buttons behind the left and right are perfectly controlled, e. g. volume. They do not interfere in any way and one does not mistake them by mistake. What bothers me is accuracy. Maybe it' s just a problem of a particular piece, but it fluctuates slightly (it is not 100% equal to the table) and I have a problem hitting the pixel exactly (e. g. text selection, etc. ).
Sometimes I overturn the mouse when I move my hand on the keyboard, which is probably a problem of all vertical mice and custom.
Programmable buttons allow setting only for predefined actions, ie. forget about macros. Personally, I don' t really mind, because the offer of options is enough for me.

Programmable buttons only support a few options: double click, triple click, scroll, change DPI, media control, cut, copy, paste, open browser, select all, screenshot, lock screen, open calculator. So if you don' t work in a desktop editor, all the buttons are completely useless.
The charging port is deep and any USB cable that has been running in my home cannot be plugged into the port. Can only be used with the supplied cable. And it still gives a false sense of connection, so if the mouse does not charge, you need to push the cable even further in.
It will help with wrist pain. After 2 days, even the pain of using the mouse stopped.
Bluetooth is disconnecting. With the included transmitter it works without a problem.
I already have 2 cables for charging and data transfer on my PC, so I don't want to use another one just for the mouse, but I have to thanks to the atypical hole for the cable
Optional shortcuts are useless. I only use the predefined back and forward from the base otherwise nothing.
1 star due to the fact that I have complained twice. The mouse wasn't charging at all. In addition, it can only be charged with their cable, which is intentionally narrowed, so part with the mouse, try to lose the cable somewhere. But if you find a working model, you'll be happy.
Excellent mouse, after some getting used to it, it is beautiful to use and I basically don't use any other mice than Trusty from the Ergonomic series. After about half a year, it fell on the floor and the display stopped lighting up. I did lose the ability to set buttons and display charge, but the mouse still works. I've had it for almost 2 years now.

It is not possible to set the menu buttons to functions other than those in the menu.
Can only be charged with the original cable, the Micro-USB input is too long.
There is no program that can control the mouse without having to go through the display.
