I have the mouse for two and a half years, still works, still has its problems, I left the display so once just dies a little strange is that when it falls below 10% so it disconnects from the receiver but does not turn off, so you have to put the cable into the mouse, turn the mouse off and on and it starts working again - who invented it
the button surfaces surprisingly still hold in place even though the rubber has degraded slightly
we have a version from CSL at home for about the same time, which cost once as much, it has been on the complaint with the display three times (always exchange for a new piece), so far it holds but who knows
the sensor doesn't work much on clean wood, it must have a pad but it's better with it anyway
I recommend to buy a wrist pad as well, it helped me with blisters on my hand, but I guess it's person to person
