I use the computer mouse daily and intensively, 8h work in CAD, FEA, I put high demands on the mouse. I've used Logitech M500s for a long time and couldn't imagine using another work mouse. There were problems with carpal tunnel, but practically as soon as I started using this mouse the problems went away. After three months of use, the problems never returned.
I've had short-term negative experiences with vertical mice in the past, so I was also quite skeptical about this mouse, but this mouse surprised me positively from the start and was definitely better than I expected. I got used to it very quickly (practically immediately) and after a few days I refused to grip any other mouse. It fit my hand very well (of course it depends on hand size and finger length - I personally have a larger hand), it was a bit lighter than the M500s (different movement dynamics) but I quickly got used to it. My pinky is in contact with the pad/table, but I don't mind. Works on any surface (wood, rubber, floor, paper, blanket, granny's doily...) except glass. All 4 buttons are in a non-standard position for obvious reasons, but I got used to it without any problems. Also, the scrolling (turning of the wheel) is unnatural, but you can quickly get used to it. I have a definite feeling that the mouse is holding my hand in a natural position.
Overall I am satisfied, the mouse solved my carpal tunnel problems and as a working mouse it has proven itself to me.

carpal tunnels don't hurt so much
The part that sticks into the PC is very unfortunately under the battery cover, so you often have to take the cover off (carrying the notebook with the bazmektem tucked in has not paid off for me several times), while sometimes the bazmektem pops out on the floor.
The eco-design seems to have taken a beating - an unnecessary cavity between the thumb section and the section for the other fingers.
