I've had the keyboard for half a year and sometimes some keystrokes don't register. The way the volume control wheel works is that if you turn it one position, it will then raise or lower the volume until you move one more position in the same direction as before. I didn't use the volume wheel on the keyboard, I always prefer to go into the volume control directly on the computer.
Also, there is no manual for the software that comes with the keyboard.

Quite a nice keyboard, but I'm returning it mainly because of the crappy software, which on one PC kept crashing when setting the RGB and it was impossible to set anything. The right shift is bad enough, if it is not pressed in the middle, it scrubs a lot. Otherwise the switches are quite nice, I found them a bit clicky.

Best budget low profile mechanical keyboard there is in my opinion, only downside are the switches - a little bit flimzy and wobbly while comparing to Chery MX red low profiles. This keyboard with same, but removable switches, even if a little bit more expensive would be a banger, I would buy it right away for build quality and search for good deal on a set of Cherry MX switches somewhere

The keyboard is nice to look at, the backlighting and design is quite fine. The keys are just too sensitive, unfortunately it is easy to accidentally activate them just by having your fingers loosely placed on the keyboard. Especially with the gap, it's a big problem. Even after a week, the error rate is too high. In addition, the volume control wheel - volume - really confusing behavior, at least on iOS unusable. But I guess there is no driver for Mac, so I couldn't try to tweak the behaviour.
