The individual pieces of the chair and the materials look adequate, if not better than how the chair is priced. Once they're put together, that sense of price is reversed. The armrests, although comfortable, wiggle. When the lumbar support needs to be removed, at least one side of the chair back attachment must be loosened so that the entire strap can be pulled out. So at least a simple (de)assembly will come in handy. The neckrest is relatively harder and slides down on its small vertical axis (~10cm). For my average height (180/80), strange design of the seating dimensions - seat just a little but pleasantly larger, shoulder width too much, maybe hockey pads would have made up for it, and back and head rest height ~5cm lower than would have been useful. One of those chairs that you better sit on before you buy.
