I had to complain because the first set had a non-functioning mouse. It wasn't responding, the backlight wasn't working. On Friday evening put into alzabox for complaint. Sorted out on Saturday and delivered a new fully functional set on Sunday. I was positively surprised by the speed, even without the immediate replacement guarantee service. And I live in a village far from Prague.
Robust keyboard
Many backlight functions

My son likes it, so I guess it's OK. The keyboard itself pleasantly surprised me by being quite heavy, so it doesn't ride on the desk.

Processing is great, nothing to complain about, the keyboard is really nice, the mouse is really light
I bought it solely for BF6 on PS5, which served its purpose BUT see the cons
Connection only via the supplied usb A "dongle", i.e. you can't just connect via BT e.g. to a mobile phone, via USB A -> C reduction works on a mobile phone
Range disaster, after connecting to ps5 which is about a meter from the table slow response, latency huge especially with the mouse, at the first moment I thought I had a defective piece. The keys were skipping, the mouse was not able to make even a few cm without stuttering. Luckily I tried a 3m usb extension cable which I threw with the dock on the table and since then bombshell however I could have taken a straight wired set and not a wireless one. maybe it interferes with the internal BT of the PS5 itself, with the mobile everything is perfectly ok, but it lies right next to the keyboard so.
