Přístroj mě velmi zklamal. Po každém měření se kompletně zasekne, nelze se dostat do menu, k historii naměřených hodnot ani nastavit čas či alarmy. Bluetooth připojení s oficiální aplikací nefunguje ani na několika telefonech a tabletech. Zdá se, že jde o softwarový problém, který znemožňuje přístroj používat k jeho hlavnímu účelu a ke všem funkcím, které by měl poskytovat. Na druhou stranu musím pochválit zákaznický servis Alza – vrácení peněz proběhlo extrémně rychle a profesionálně. Přestože je produkt zklamáním, servis výrazně zlepšil celkovou zkušenost s nákupem. Doporučuji ostatním zákazníkům být při koupi tohoto zařízení opatrní.
