I compared the scale with the InBody pro measurement and unless the scale needs to be calibrated over time, it weighs really accurately. Deviation of body weight about 100g, BMI about 0.1. BMR measured about 200kcal more than InBody. Fats are also very accurate, muscles are lame - but who asks you about these two things?: ) If you want to have your weigh-in counted and logged in the app to track your body, you need to have the app on when you weigh in, if you're just walking by it doesn't matter.

Despite the description, it cannot store any data. It can only remember the user. If you want data from it in the app, you have to turn it on and wait for the weigh-in prompt each time before weighing. So it's not like you just weigh yourself for a week without your phone and then upload the data back in one go.
Weighing muscle and fat is obviously not going to be accurate at all. When I lost 0.5 kg of total weight in 2 days, it reported that I had 5 kg less fat and 5 kg more muscle, which is nonsense.
According to the description and the app itself, you can sync with Google fit and Fitbit, but in reality you can't with Fitbit (more users describe this in Google play reviews)
