The price/performance ratio is great. No mouthwash can replace interdental brushes and floss, but as an additional cleaning phase it is excellent. Especially for problematic gums.
The only negative was a quickly broken rubber tipped head that bulged in one spot and therefore doesn't work much anymore, but the basic head is enough for everything.

FOR ALL THESE DEVICES: With normal bathroom lighting you can't see your mouth very well, it would certainly be possible and practical to put an LED in the handle to illuminate your mouth with AA or AAA battery power, similar to e.g. for AKU drills when you need to illuminate a precise spot while working. Otherwise, you have to hold a flashlight in one hand and a shower in the other. Then you are missing a third hand, which you also sometimes have to pull off a corner to direct the water stream where you need it. But you can always use the shower for about 5s, otherwise you have a mouthful of water and again you can't see where the water stream is going. You also have water on the floor, on the mirror and everywhere else. Thus, mopping the entire bathroom and myself. For normal cleaning of the whole mouth you would have to have a suction device like at the dentist, otherwise the device is only useful if you have a problem or after a surgical procedure in the mouth, etc. It is also necessary to put at least lukewarm water in the tank, with cold water it is very unpleasant.
