My small dog did not fit in this bag at all. The opening is very small making it very difficult to position him properly. The zippers are very weak and the top of the bag is really firm, meaning you cannot let your dog stick out his head and look around. There are only 2 small open pockets on the bag, so all in all the price is way too high for what you get. I added a pic to show the size of the bag compared to my dog.
The waist belt is very handy for carrying
There is a belt inside to hook onto the collar of your dog
There is padding on the upper and lower back for the person who is carrying the bag
The description says for up to 30 kg. I have a small dog (9/10 kg) and he couldn’t fit his body in this bag
The top of the bag is very firm, so you have no option of letting your dog stick his head out

Very strong and robust backpack. It fits perfectly on the back and the dog is safely hidden in it. At the same time it has enough space, it just can't lie down, it's not wide enough for that, but it's not a bad thing. At the same time, if I take the dog out of it, I can basically use it as a backpack for groceries or whatever.
