As one customer wrote here, it is just a plush head and the body is flat filled with rustling paper. Our dog enjoys it a lot, but it started to drive us crazy after one day, especially his night games, when it sounds like he is looting garbage. It might be a good idea to put that in the description. But then again, it's a lot of music for not a lot of money.
