I was buying online. After 22 days, he subsequently complained to the Alza store in Dejvice. Complaint denied, saying I had max 14 days. I understand it's a legal minimum and it's stated in the terms and conditions. But I would expect at least an offer to exchange it for another one with an additional price difference, or some other effort. I would have paid extra, but this experience discouraged me and I would rather buy from a competitor next time.
Reasonable processing quality
It's not a complete keyboard. Several keys are missing.
