I bought, looked at the manual, wired according to it and it works without any problems (used to connect the Set-top box from Orang in the living room).
Easy wiring. It is necessary to follow the instructions - first connect the LAN cable from the router to one powerline, then plug it into a power socket, then plug the second powerline into a socket without a cable in another room, wait for the second light to come on, and finally connect the LAN cable to the second powerline with the end device in the other room (TV, Set-top box, etc. ).
Fast, almost instant connectivity in the other room.
The set-top box finally works for me without problems, I probably have a faulty RJ45 cable in the wall.
Can be plugged into an upside down socket (has two holes for the earth pin)

The pass-through socket is a "German" Schuko - without a ground pin, instead it has pins on the perimeter. So you can't plug anything into it, if you want it to be grounded, you have to have a Schuko plug.
The solution of the adapters is that you may not be able to put a second grounding plug into the Czech double socket, the adapter is too large and extends "upwards", so it blocks the double socket. But it's at least something without a ground.
