Everything's fine (apart from the terminal block), easy to integrate into HA. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to buy it again, it's a well-designed device. It can also measure consumption.
The relay itself is fine, but the terminal block is made of shoddy material. So be careful when tightening, the thread strips easily. For such an expensive device, it's a pretty big fail.
