I don't have a longer term experience as it will serve the kids in PC only from Christmas. However, for initial updates and downloading important programs, it worked flawlessly. The workmanship seems very good, everything goes pleasantly stiff and doesn't creak like cheap materials.

It says on the box MacOS suppport, but newest Mac driver is from 2019
Latest mac driver is for 10.15
Install script requires overriding Mac sercurity ad privacy, quite tedious, and it still doesn't work in the end, really a waste of time
Might be a great product for windows but don't buy it if you have a Mac
